Robert K. Beachler
Robert “Bob” Beachler is the President of Vista Point Consulting Group, a strategic advisory services firm providing marketing and corporate business development guidance to start-ups and publicly traded technology companies.
Prior to founding the firm, he held engineering, operations, marketing, and corporate business development roles at startups and public companies, including Fairchild, Altera, Cadence, and Stretch (Acquired by Exar).
Joel Dedrick is a technologist and executive with deep experience transforming promising technologies into winning products. He has held CEO, VP/GM, and other C-level roles in semiconductor businesses serving communications, storage, memory, and graphics markets, and in companies applying new technologies to old problems in verticals from automotive to brick & mortar retail.
On behalf of their venture investors, Joel has served extensively as a coach and mentor to entrepreneurs, helping them find product-market fit, raise financing, and set technical strategy. He has served as a director or advisor on the boards of a variety of young technology companies.
As an entrepreneur, Joel has launched high-impact new businesses from within public companies, and helped guide two startups to successful exits (IPO, $850M sale). Joel holds Electrical Engineering degrees from the University of Nebraska and Southern Methodist University.
Glenn Henry has a storied history as an innovator in the semiconductor industry, with a career spanning from 1963 to the present. Beginning in 1995, he is currently Founder and President at Centuar Technology.
Previously, he spent 21 years at IBM, where he received recognition as an IBM Fellow; followed by almost 6 years as Sr. Vice President and CTO at Dell Computer. He holds B.S. and M.S. Math degrees, both from California State University East Bay. He holds more than 200 issued patents.
Rajeev Kumar is a 20-year veteran in the semiconductor industry, having built market awareness/preference, driven product definitions and led Tier 1 OEM design win efforts for leading edge processors, microcontrollers and technologies in the IoT, embedded, mobile and communications infrastructure market segments.
He has been Director of WW Product Marketing and Business Development at Freescale for Microcontroller and Application Processor products, Director of ARM based SOC’s at AMD and held a similar role as Director, Applications Processors for Marvell Semiconductor’s Application Processors Business Group. Previously, Mr. Kumar led Intel’s effort to introduce PCI Express technologies into the communications segment and served as the President of the Advanced Switching Interconnect SIG. Mr. Kumar was also at the forefront of the industries transition from ASSP’s to Network Processors in networking equipment by winning network processor and optical component/module designs at the industry’s largest router and switch companies as well as defining and taking to market Intel’s second generation of Network Processors. Additionally, he has provided embedded products applications support and re-organized front-end technical support teams to significantly increase efficiencies in several other roles while at Intel.
Mr. Kumar holds degrees in BSEE from Northwestern University and MSEE from University of Nevada Reno.
